Outputs generated through AllOnClouds may be used for commercial purposes such as ads, product listings, social media, websites and printed marketing materials, subject to the following.
You must
- Have the legal right to use the input photo you uploaded (i.e. you own it or are licensed to use it).
- Comply with the rules of any platform you publish to (Meta, TikTok, Google, Amazon, Shopify, etc.).
- Comply with applicable advertising and consumer protection laws.
You may not
- Resell raw AllOnClouds outputs as stock assets without significant transformation.
- Use outputs to impersonate real people or brands you do not have rights to.
- Use outputs in deceptive ads, scams, illegal goods, or content harmful to minors.
Trademarks & likenesses
You are responsible for not infringing on trademarks, designs, characters or the likenesses of real people in your prompts and uploads.
