Getting started
What is AllOnClouds?
AllOnClouds is an AI marketing studio purpose-built for online sellers on Shopify, Amazon, Instagram, TikTok Shop, eBay and Etsy. Upload one product photo and our AI creates campaign-ready ads, videos, SEO keywords, captions, blogs and a full sales plan — while keeping your real product 100% accurate.
Do I need design or prompt-engineering skills?
No. If you can drag and drop a photo, you can use AllOnClouds. Every tool has smart presets for scenes, marketplaces and motion — so you never have to write an AI prompt.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. You get 50 free credits on signup, no card required. That’s enough to try every tool at least once (e.g. 5 ad images at 10 credits each, or 1 product video at 50 credits).
How long does generation take?
Ad images: ~10 seconds. Product videos: ~1 minute. Captions / SEO / blog: 5–15 seconds. Full campaigns (6 tools in parallel): a few minutes.
Product accuracy & AI safety
Will the AI change my product?
No. Our generation pipeline is tuned to keep your product’s exact label, shape, colors and text. We only enhance the scene, lighting and styling around it. Anti-hallucination guards specifically prevent invented text, mirrored logos, foreign-language glyphs and altered numbers on packaging.
What if the AI does hallucinate something?
Regenerate at no extra cost of credits beyond the initial run — each new generation is a fresh sample. For text-heavy packaging, we recommend the Cinematic push-in preset on video, which has the least motion and therefore the least text drift.
What image formats can I upload?
JPG, PNG and WEBP up to about 10 MB. Best results come from a clean, well-lit front-facing product shot on a plain background — but the AI can also work with lifestyle photos.
Commercial use, marketplaces & exports
Can I use the outputs commercially?
Yes — every image, video, caption and blog is licensed for you to publish on Shopify, Amazon, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, eBay, Etsy and your own website. There is no watermark on any tier.
Does it work for Amazon listings?
Yes. Outputs come in Amazon-compliant ratios and formats. The SEO tool has an Amazon-specific mode that generates a 200-char title, exactly 5 bullets in the correct format, and backend search terms respecting the 249-byte limit.
Does it work for TikTok Shop / eBay / Etsy?
Yes — each marketplace has its own SEO preset that formats output to that platform’s exact rules (TikTok Shop scroll-stopping bullets, eBay item specifics + Cassini keywords, Etsy 13-tag × 20-char limits).
What resolutions and ratios are supported?
Ad images: 1:1 (1024×1024) for Instagram/Shopify/Amazon. Videos: 9:16 vertical (Reels / TikTok / Shorts), 16:9 landscape, and 1:1 square.
Pricing, credits & subscriptions
How does pricing work?
Everything is credit-based. Free plan: 50 credits on signup. Starter: $9/mo for 300 credits. Growth: $19/mo for 650 credits. Pro: $49/mo for 1,500 credits. Annual plans save up to 17%.
How many credits does each tool cost?
Ad image: 10. Product video: 50. Captions / SEO: 2 each. Blog: 5. Sales plan: 5. Full Campaign (all 6 in one): 60 credits total (saves 14 vs buying each separately).
What happens to my credits when I upgrade / downgrade?
When you subscribe or renew, your credits refresh to the new plan’s amount. Existing unused credits are replaced (not added on top). If you top up mid-month with a one-time purchase, those credits stack on top of your monthly balance.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard → Manage subscription. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period, then reverts to Free. You keep all your generations forever.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — see our refund policy for the exact terms. In short: if something goes materially wrong and support can’t fix it, we refund. Credits already consumed on successful generations are not refundable.
Privacy & data
What happens to my uploaded photos?
Your uploads are stored securely so we can generate outputs and keep them in your library. We never sell your images and we do not use them to train public AI models. See our Privacy Policy for the full details.
Can I delete my data?
Yes — you can delete any generation from your library at any time, and you can delete your entire account (with all associated data) by contacting support.
