AllOnClouds (“we”, “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• Account info: email, name, password hash (for email signup) or Google profile basics (for Google signup).
• Uploaded media: product photos you upload to generate ads, videos and analyses. These are stored to power your library and history.
• Generations: outputs created by our AI tools, stored under your account.
• Usage events: credit charges, tool usage and timestamps for billing and analytics.
• Payment info: handled by Stripe — we never see or store full card details.

How we use it

• Run the AI tools you ask for.
• Save your library so you can return to past work.
• Process payments and apply credits.
• Improve the product. We do not sell your data.

Third-party AI providers

To deliver your outputs we send the necessary inputs (your prompt and uploaded image) to Google Gemini, fal.ai (Kling), and other AI providers. They process your inputs only to return outputs and according to their own terms.

Data retention & deletion

You can delete any generation from your library. To delete your entire account and all data, email privacy@allonclouds.com.
